At Triple, I supported innovation and sales projects, helping clients achieve their goals through cutting-edge solutions. Depending on the project, we either approached innovation from within Triple or aligned closely with the client’s vision. I’ve led and contributed to AI innovation initiatives for major brands like Heineken, Space to Grow, Rituals, Miele, and Holland Mechanics, as well as developed UI design concepts for high-profile and potential clients, including Ajax, Feyenoord, KNVB, CitizenM, and Max Verstappen.

About the project

My work at Triple includes a mix of client-focused and in-house innovation projects. For instance, I developed an internal project that connected a traditional IVR (Interactive Voice Response) system to a conversational AI, aiming to support call center operators with faster, more efficient responses. I led this project from concept to production, overseeing the design and implementation with a focus on improving user experience and efficiency.

I also collaborated with Triple’s AI team on experimental tools to support our design team, such as custom plugins that streamline the creation of marketing content for clients. This involved exploring the potential of AI to accelerate the design process, allowing designers to create impactful content more rapidly.

Goal

The main objective was to leverage AI and innovative design to solve complex challenges, both for our clients and within Triple. By designing solutions tailored to the unique needs of each client, we could push the boundaries of digital interaction and brand engagement. My role involved working independently to devise and realize solutions, collaborating closely with Triple’s top AI developers to ensure high-quality results.

Through these projects, I was able to deliver impactful AI-driven solutions that addressed client challenges and enhanced Triple’s own capabilities. The success of the IVR-AI integration and our internal design tools underscored the value of a hands-on, innovative approach, proving that AI can transform both client services and internal processes. This work not only strengthened client relationships but also reinforced Triple’s reputation as a leader in digital innovation.
